May be the Best Chicken Stir Fry I've ever had! Just the right amount of heat from the Chili Garlic Sauce and the aromatics of the ginger and garlic seasonings. He sauteed the veggies to a perfect tender-crisp He said the whole trick was to cut off the points of the snap peas to allow the them to cook more evenly and quicker, thus the name of his dish. Weirdo! But I think he was absolutely right!!
